I have never had a tomahawk steak.
Same here, never tried a tomahawk steak, but that marinade recipe sounds pretty good. I may have to try it, but maybe substitute it with a Dancing Gnome or Hitchhiker IPA.

Yes, that is my feeling, it will just kinda happen, "Oh looks like today is the day I have a Tomahawk."
We had a tomahawk, once, it tasted pretty good, it was huge, and we had 4 people.
A great ribeye is just as good, if not better, and i can actually grill a ribeye pretty well
and yes that giant bone... takes ups space
