I have never had a tomahawk steak. There, I admit it. Are you happy?
Call me poor but they always seem too expensive and the bone thing puts me off.
I want to try one someday just to say I had one. It would be nice to have one cooked at Sierra Nevada too:
Click the link here, if you want the recipe on how to marinade a steak with Sierra.
If you have an opinion on Tomahawk steaks, I’d love to hear it in the comments:
Personal Drinking Trend: Classic West Coast
My most frequently enjoyed beer lately has been the local classic, General Sherman IPA. This is a surprise because I had mostly stopped drinking it. After all, it was a bit outdated and malty for the current profile of WCIPAs.
But it’s been clicking lately and I think it’s my palette resetting and drying out from all the Hazzies. It’s also possible Tioga Sequoia quietly updated Sherman.
Either way, I am enjoying it so keep up the good work.
Thank you for opening and reading this week. I am sorry for the little break I took (if you noticed), I have been stretching things too thin is all. Hope you’re doing well and enjoy a good piece of meat (or whatever you like to grill) this week, and be safe.

Same here, never tried a tomahawk steak, but that marinade recipe sounds pretty good. I may have to try it, but maybe substitute it with a Dancing Gnome or Hitchhiker IPA.
Cheers
I have never tried a Tomahawk steak, but sooner or later I will.
