I quite like Aged Beers. Belgian, usually. Life-enhancing, sometimes. The real problem is getting around to drinking them when they are prime.
I’d have to disagree when it comes to Barleywines chief. A year of age completely changes it into something so much more complex and smooth.
I am going to default to you, Chief. My Barley Wine experience comes mostly from you anyway.
