I am as dirty as the next beer geek, constantly trying new beers, and bored with everything I have already tried. “What else?” is the constant beer question. I am adjusting though. Taking a more mature approach. Instead of new beer heavy, I am going to buy more sure things. Beers I already know are good and cut down the percentage of new news.
Agreed. My new tries are from breweries that are super solid or ones I can buy as singles. I always buy something I know I’m going to like in case the new beers are awful.
This a great beer philosophy chief. I should start doing that too. There are a few beers that I do but again because I like them so much but I tend to waste money and calories on new ones that just aren’t worth it.

Make sure you have a sure thing is an awesome plan.

You know what IS worth it, chief? You.
