When Do You Beer?

Hi.

Shout out to my friend Reggie for giving me his last backpack beer during Fresno’s Porchfest - it’s hella satisfying to me to have a day beer while walking around a neighborhood and listening to local bands.

This brings me to the one thing I have for you this week, and it’s in the form of a poll question:

Yes, I could have added “all day” and “morning” but I am trying to keep it focused and less degenerate.🤣

My choice is afternoon, which is of course *wink* when you don’t have to work.

The fresh afternoon sun, with the hope that anything could happen after this first beer. It feels like a reward for your hard work more than a night beer does.

A night beer feels more limited. Time is running out. Work is tomorrow. You’re getting tired. You’re rushing to your buzz instead of letting it come naturally like an afternoon buzz.

All I know is, the patios are opening and day drinking rules.
