WATER.... water is why your hungover, drinking water hours before a good drinking session is key! I normally start pounding waters 4 hour till lift off, and mostly because I don’t peep as much as other people do when drinking beers. Normal people go after a beer or two, I in the other hand won’t go till the end of the night🤷🏽‍♂️! By drinking water early, it keeps me hydrated and keeps me sober longer, it a cool super power not to peep as much, I don’t lose track of conversations !

At the end, the next morning, I’m good, and if I have a slight beer haze or tingle, nothing like a greasy breakfast can’t fix.... Bacon and eggs or Chilaquiles and eggs, even pancakes with heavy butter and jam works wonders for me! Cheers Mikey, hope your feeling like you again!

Haha🤣, I can tell you a thing or two about feeling old! Life is a marathon, you gotta pace yourself. I do think hydration before and after drinking is essential along with something to eat (not too much at this point for me cause then I'm stuffed).🍻🔧
