and forcing a beer style
I used to love IPAs. One night I woke up with some bile rolling up my throat. It was all the hop oils. Ugh!I now have the occasional IPA, but if I’m ready to get a buzz, I’ll hit anything that’s much more balanced. I lived in Franconia, Bavaria for three years and 99.99% of them are lagers. So dark, smoked, Helles or pilsners are my thing.

Klosterbrauerei Neuzelle, a monastic brewery near Munich, claims to have created the world's first powdered beer, which can be transported at a fraction of the weight, reports New Atlas. The brewery will test the dextrin-rich, zero-alcohol beer in small quantities until mid-2023, but plans to produce alcoholic beers by compressing the process to reduce raw materials, labor, and energy.
