Where da Hell Those Thiol Beers At!?

I am still waiting to have a Thiolized beer. It feels like it’s going to be a big thing this Summer in Craft Beer, but I have yet to see one.

The Craft Beer Channel on YouTube has the rundown of Thiols and Thiolized beers, if you are interested and wondering what the hell I am even talking about:

If you don’t know about this Thiol junk and don’t want to watch the video, basically, it’s something the jackass wine industry has been doing for a while. You use these Thiol thingies to bring out more aroma and flavor. It pretty much works on just Ales and Lagers, it seems.

Brewers can create ramped up flavors without having to hop the holy hell out of a beer.

Sounds good to me. Where the hell are they at!?

Mothers Day and Mom Beers

I stumbled onto this short Kacey Musgraves song called “Mother” (only 1:16 minutes long - it’s Punk song length). She claims she wrote it while tripping on LSD.

Wait, so when you take LSD you think about your mom? Okay, good to know. BTW, as a musician, Kacey Musgraves wipes the floor with Taylor Swift.

Oh, and since we are here, what is a good “Mom Beer”? We talk about Dad Beers all day but what about Mom? She likes to drink the beers too, yeah?

I dunno. Something to think about though, what is a Mom Beer?
