Just finished the line cleans for tomorrow. And after a bit of QC I can say with confidence that tomorrow is gonna be a great day.

Clean lines and an elegantly put-together taplist? It’s a little piece of Heaven. It is from The Hole In The Wall, a pub in Brighton (Southern tip of England).

If you zoom in on the photo you see it’s a well-balanced list from Secatogue Brewing Co - West Islip, Long Island NY.

Every town should hope for at least one brewery or beer bar/pub to have such an even list.

What Pairing Would Santa Enjoy?

I am not sure which one of these Pints & Panels pairings I will leave out for Santa this year.

Maybe the peppermint bark & Irish Stout? Seems like something he would be into.

I plan on creating my own with a peanut butter (with the chocolate kiss) & Pale Ale. So if you leave out cookies & beer for bloggers on Christmas Eve, that’s what I would prefer.

Just Trying To Get Through It Like All Of Us

Other than being sick this week and it being the Holidays (so everything involving needing time is ramped up) I don’t know why I am lacking in the writing the past two weeks. But yeah [comes to the realization] yeah I guess that’s what’s up, and why I am even a day late gettin’ this out.
