I managed to embarrassed myself at a media event for a beer release at Tioga Sequoia Brewing this week.
While trying to pull a sun shade down I knocked over my near full glass of beer, spilling its contents over everything around it including my friends things.
Then (as I wasn’t quick to react to this) the pint glass rolled off the bar, fell to the ground and shattered in the most record scratch everyone stopped what they were doing to turn and look at the idiot, way.
We (the crew from The Perfect Pour) and the brewery workers, were the only actual beer people there. Everyone else was from regular media or Fresno State. So I should have been the one not embarrassing myself with beer mishaps as if this was the first time have a few free Lagers.
All I could do was put my hand up like an NBA player acknowledging they were the one that committed the foul, and start making jokes at my expense before anyone else could.
Inside though, I wanted to crawl into a cooler and never be seen again.
Anyway, Tioga’s “Red Wave” Light Lager is an excellent (for style) beer that is going to do really well for them, especially at Fresno State football games. (BTW, the Red Wave is what Fresno calls the die hard Fresno State fan base that shows up to every game and travels well to road games).
So yeah, I am the Schleprock of Beer from now on.
Thank you for the open and for listening. Hope you have a great week and you don’t knock over any beers.

Peace ✌️ Beer 🍻 Metal 🤘
No worries, we've all been there, and its OK
and speaking of... THE RED WAVE Inn! I go there whenever i come to town and have to wait.
Great chicken quesadillas, and a good enough beer selection. Often taps are empty, and some beers probably don't rotate enough, but during the day, a great place to wait.
lol… welcome to the “ mazel tov club “ this is your captain 👨🏽✈️ speaking.. it ain’t a party till beer glass is all over the place! Cheers
