It's Festbier Season and You're Ready

Look, man, you are ready for every beer season, even if it creeps up on you faster than you thought, even if it’s hot as hell outside.

We have now entered Festbier Season, or Oktoberfest Season, or whatever you want to call it, season.

Pumpkin Beer Season is tailgating Festbier Season, getting real fucking ancy, trying to pass Oktoberfest-ing so it can let loose with all-spice flavored beers, so enjoy this small window in the beer drinking season while you can.

I picked up Sierra Nevada’s entry to Festbier/Oktoberfest Season yesterday and it’s very pleasant and I advise getting a six-pack when you see it.

Music To Beer With

I do love to promote when music festivals have a “live” feed (sometimes the feed is about a 1/2 hour behind the event), this weekend is Outside Lands in the Bay Area.

You can watch the live feed on Amazon Prime, Amazon’s Twitch feed, or Hulu. Saturday has Foo Fighters, baby! Here is the lineup.

When you’re gettin’ a little too old to make festivals but still want that energy, live concert feeds are great. Plus, the beer is much better and way cheaper at your house and there are zero lines for it.

Although, they do have some good beer this year, kinda sad I’m not there:
