I Have Quick ‘Brewery Fresh’ Post For You
Busy weekend for you I am sure. So, I just wanted to pop in real quick and let you know I had a two-day-old Pliny The Elder yesterday! Bought OFF THE SHELF of a grocery store in Fresno, a couple of blocks from my house.
I am sure you really needed to know that. Just stopping to appreciate
Shout out to the guy next to me picking out beers for alerting me to that, it otherwise was not a day that I was going to get a Pliny and see that. #CheckYourDates
Also
We got a good ice-chest tip 🧊 on the Perfect Pour yesterday from Wazzu. One that I don’t remember hearing before:
Cool your ice-chest a day or two before you need to use it.
Don’t have it out in the sun then toss your beer & ice into an already warm cooler like an animal.(like me)
Cool those cooler walls before use.
One More Thing
Because we all need a good laugh and I now realize there are times it’s okay to mix milk into your beer:
