I have made a long overdue commitment to always have Sierra Nevada’s Celebration Ale in the fridge during the Holidays.
From Halloween until January 2nd, I demand of myself to have Celebration available to anyone who wants one. No excuse.
In the same way there is always coffee and milk and butter in the house, there will be Celebration.
And after the holidays? There will always be Sierra Pales.
I feel like a child for not having this rule before. I mean, I have always wanted to have this rule, I just never commit.
This is me committing to the Always Sierra Rule, now and forever. Let’s hold each other accountable.
What To Beer With This Week
I will recommend The Killer (on Netflix). I am a fan of Michael Fassbender and David Fincher and realistic-ish hitman movies, so I enjoyed this.
Won’t be rushing to buy the Bluray but it’s worth a viewing for sure. I had a couple of Cellarmaker IPAs during the watch that paired well.
Sorry About That
Last week I did something I hate doing and missed putting out an issue of Drinking & Thinking. I had some sort of crazy bad flu (not Covid) and couldn’t even focus to read let alone write something.
I’m almost back to 💯 and I’m ready to drink more of the Celebrations in the fridge.
So, thank you for the read, stock up on Celebrations when you see it (my Whole Foods was out yesterday 😳), and have a great week with your beers!

Peace ✌️ Beer 🍻 & Metal 🤘
P.S.
I finally have found my way to having a beer-related affiliate to work with and wouldn’t ya know it, it’s the oldest in the book: Beer of the Month club. Yep, it’s still around. Check it out, there is a rare beer and an International. It’s the early 2000s all over again!
The Sierra Rule show be Perfect Pour Wide! I too will declare CASA Chew with the Sierra Rule from this moment till the end of time!
Hey Mikey, Ant @ I got sixers of Celebration & Narwhal. Both full of deliciousness. I encourage your new rule & I think it’s a good one!! Have a great week!! ❤️🍻
