I hear a lot of things about Cloudburst but have yet to try one from them. This may be the closest I come to it.

It’s a good lesson for creatives in any field; you just need 10% of the people that try your stuff to love it.

Anytime I have a good double IPA I wonder if it would be better as just a single. Yet, there are those nights when a double is hella needed.

My new favorite show is “How To With John Wilson” on HBO. It’s a nerdy guy in New York that films a ton of stuff and somehow manages to string together an interesting episode out of what he has captured.

Its quirky, hilarious and brilliantly edited.

Joe Stange has posted his Top Ten Beers of the Year. I only recognize one beer on the list and I’m pretty damn fine with that. I love that a Tulsa brewery, American Solera, got on there.

Worst Cookie Choice Ever!

I tried to have some fun with Tioga Sequoia Brewing this week on the blog and rage against their beer ingredient choice.

I do not like the Girl Scout cookie, Samoa. Mostly because of the coconut.

But Tioga made a beer with it. So I cussed them out as any normal, well adjusted, person would do.
