A Good Untappd Update Would Be…

I think this is a good request of Untappd: The ability to make check-ins private if you want.

Occasionally I want to live-checkin a beer but don’t want people seeing that I’m up and drinking. When that happens normally I just end up not using Untappd to document the beer.

Sometimes I’ll remember the next day and do a late checkin but not often.

It would be nice to get that beer documented on Untappd during the moment I’m drinking so I get the ticks but it’s not out there in the public.

I wouldn’t use it a lot but it would be a cool option. Get on that, Untappd!

Indie Beer In The Mainstream

There's a major reckoning underway in the American craft beer industry. Only 7.5% of brewers in the US are women & just 2% of breweries in the country are all-female-owned. We visited a brewery that's fully run & operated by women, who are turning their passion into a movement.

Adult Disneyland In Memphis?

Something I just noticed: Memphis’s Wiseacre Brewing has a damn rad looking downtown taproom and beer garden:

That is such a cool facade! Reminds me of the Small World ride at Disneyland.

So add Memphis to The List of beercation destinations.
